STATEMENT

I am veteran ADR professional with over 10 years experience in arbitration, mediation, and mediation advocacy. I have successfully mediated over 50 domestic and international cases in civil, commercial, family, and small claims matters. I have also completed several research projects and articles in relation to alternative dispute resolution. My present academic focus is on comparative dispute resolution, dispute resolution and corporations, and dispute resolution process design. I will be completing a Fulbright scholarship in Canada on mediation.
