Further training in transformative mediation and facilitation, advanced mediation techniques, techniques for inquisitive non-judgmental questions, dealing with highly emotional situations where entrenched belief systems are at play, Cross Border Family Mediation (focus on the Hague Convention cases). I have been mediating for 10 years do it because I believe strongly in the process and the importance of helping people find ways to deal constructively with conflicts.
