Spiros Livadopoulos is an attorney at Law licensed to practice before the Court of Appeal and a member of the Athens Bar Association. During his professional career he collaborated with Ellaktor Group of Companies (2002-2007) and more specifically, with AKTOR Construction Company & REDS S.A., providing consulting and litigation services in contract law, construction law, corporate law, public contracts, real estate development, management and operation and public tenders. Since 2008 he has been a member of "Giannakopoulos-Livadopoulos-Skoulatos & Associates" law firm and has been providing consulting and litigation services to individuals and companies, in civil, commercial and family law matters. Additionally, since 2010, he has been collaborating with the General Secretariat for Gender Equality of the Greek Ministry of Interior, by providing advice on matters relating to public contracts and public tenders, within the programmes included in the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF), as well as advice on family law and family mediation issues. He is an accredited Mediator by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR/ UK), member of the CEDER Exchange and founding member of the Business Mediation Network, which is headquartered in Athens. He has experience in commercial negotiations and commercial mediation . ( Greece ,UK &Italy). He has been further trained in International Family Mediation by the EU TIM project [Brussels 2011/ Catholic University of Leuven (BE), Child Focus (BE) Mikk (GER), IKO (NL)], is a "Certified International Family Mediator" and a member of the International Network of Cross- Border Mediators (www.crossbordermediator.eu ). He is a founding member of the Family Mediation Center (Athens/ Greece) and a member of Mikk (Germany). Since 2010 he has been actively involved in Mediation by assisting couples on negotiating in Family law issues. He has participated in presentations on the institution of Mediation as much in Greece as abroad, in international conferences (Brussels 2010/ Berlin 2012). He graduated from the University of Macerata Law School (Macerata/IT) and is a postgraduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business on "European Studies for Business Executives and Organizations".
