I practice international mediation in cross-border conflictual cases since 2005. I mediated in cases involving around 15 European Countries, Canada, USA, Israel, Brasil, Iran, Marocco,Hong Kong, Russia, South Africa, Lybia, Japan. I am a family lawyer, specialized in International Family law and believe since ever in lowering the conflict and empowering the responsible constructiveness between parents and within the family. The cases I mediated have been, very often, highly conflictual cases, with all sort of allegations and Court cases on their top. All cases have been including children. I have been specializing over the years in the partecipation of children in mediation, which I am trained to face.
