I practice mediation since 2002. I specialize in family mediation. I also finished training in mediation supervising and I conduct trainings in mediation, problem solving and education skills for parents. In my mediation work the most important thing for me is discovering potential for growth and change in conflict and accompanying the parties in their exploration of their needs and feelings.
